Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you.
watch-ray offers free shipping on all products with a minimum order value of €150/$150/150 CHF/£130/#70,000. The shipping costs for all other orders are €4.90/$4.90/4.90 CHF/£3.90/#1,500. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries that are not listed when choosing the delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver the order within the estimated shipping time stated in the order confirmation, we will contact you immediately to notify you of a later delivery date. If you decline the new delivery date, you are entitled cancel the order free of charge and will receive a full refund.
You are required to check the delivery as soon as you receive it to ensure it is compete and correct. Incorrect, missing, defective or damaged products must be reported to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the delivery.
